StiC AWOL Notices
My mother in law just offered to watch the kids so we can get out to a movie. See you all next week.

Re: StiC AWOL Notices
Sorry for the long absence. Hardware issues of my own creation kept me away, but I pretty much have everything worked out for this weekend.

Re: StiC AWOL Notices
I'm not going to make it again tonight fellas. I thought as my kids got older I'd have more time to at least participate (maybe even contribute) in squadron activities, but it appears not.
At this point I'm just going to forgo any future Sabre training. It's an incredible platform that demands time and attention I just can't afford at this point.

Sat June 2nd Combined Ops
There is a good chance that I won't be able to join on time this week given that we are starting an hour earlier. I suggest that Speed assign a new number 2 as soon as possible in order to avoid last minute confusion. I will take up a tail end position just in case I do make it.
And I have my RAAF skin installed and working.

Re: StiC AWOL Notices
Yeah me too unfortunately. I struggled with the update for a while. I guess when I removed the old beta something happened with registry. Sorry for the late notice. 7pm sneaks up on you..
Good luck. I'll work on the beta this week to try and fix the problem. It might involve uninstalling the whole thing...ugh.

Summer leave
I'm putting in for summer leave. Given the new schedule, there is no way I can make it on time during the summer months. I will show up when possible.
Take care.

Summer Leave
Thanks StiC,
We'll swing our start times back one hour in the fall, so hopefully that will allow you to attend regular Saturday events again. Like I said to Wolverine, jump in when you can as sortie #2 will generally be a CAP or escort so that you don't require a great deal of read-in to the scenario. Plan on sortie #1 being about an hour long, and if you can then jump in by 2400 hrs Zulu you can easily participate in sortie #2. Some of the 39th VFS guys are from the U.K. so they will likely drop off at 2400 just as you are joining.
What I'd recommend for both you and Wolverine, given the busier summer social schedule, is to start DCS and DCS SRS when ever you can get some flying time in, jump into the cockpit, and check voice comms on our flight channels. You can conduct a radio check with your flight lead and that will let us know that you are on-line and we can then advise the best course of action to join in a flight. Maybe you guys can team up together and fly as a pair until you find us, then join your flights, or you might just wait on the airport apron until we land for refuel/rearm then join on the next sortie.
So if you need to stick with your original timings, then that's no need to stop flying. We can blend the 2300 hrs start time, with a 2400 hrs start for the second action and hopefully accommodate the maximum number of flyers.
We now have dedicated aircraft for Green and White flights positioned at Sukhumi and SeaQuark is expanding his Korea server to include a more dynamic environment, so lot's of fun to be had.

AWOL Sep 8
My babysitter (daughter) was just invited to her grandmothers for the night so I won't make it this weekend. Kelly is home next week so there shouldn't be any issues then.
Have fun.

Daylight Savings Start Times
Hey all,
I really miss you guys.
Any chance we will be going back to a later start time next week?
