Possibly out of the fight Mar. 8

We woke up this morning to the sound of splintering wood and the house shuddering. When I looked outside a utility pole across the street was dangling. We should get power back today but internet is another story.

I hope that the house and everyone are ok.

Back up and running.

We were luckier than the neighbors who had the stacks ripped off their houses. It looks like a disposal truck out picking up dumpsters was driving around with the forks extended overhead. He's claiming the wires were hanging low. The power was out in half the town until 5pm. We got internet about an hour ago and we're still waiting on phone service.
