Promotion: Alpine Promoted to Senior Aircraftman

Full of holes from a Heinkel's gunner, Alpine brought YO-H back in to find a group of No.401 pilots and staff waiting to receive him. The ground crew took his RT kit as he jumped down from the aircraft and F/L Wolverine stepped forward with a set of patches.

"Congratulations, pilot. You'll need a new uniform. Get it sorted with requisitions, will you?"

And with a big cheer, the squadron carried him to the Dog and Bull for pints and sausages.

Alpine is hereby promoted to Senior Aircraftman!
