dcs_updater.exe Security Risk

Hey guys, you might want to take notice of this.

My dcs.updater has been acting strange and I've been getting multiple versions of it running at the same time. On two occasions I've had to open task manager and attempt to shut it down when it appeared to have stalled. Did that last night to one dialogue box that seemed to be stuck, and when I finally got that to stop running, I found the torrent box running behind it apparently working fine.

My download completed about an hour ago, but since then when I tried to open DCS I was asked if I wanted to update to 2.1. I indicated yes, and it appeared that the dcs.updater.exe started all over again from the beginning but then froze again.

Now my virus software has detected a threat named SONAR.AM.Clg9 that is is warning me is acting suspiciously so I'm going to delete that and see what happens.

I may be back to square one?

OK just did as my virus software recommended and the DCS shortcut on my desktop has disappeared. The warning given said that that file appeared not to be compatible with Windows and recommended that I start the download again.

So I looked up this file and found the following at my Norton website.

I'm doing a full system scan and will try the dcs.updater again as soon as the scan is done. With thirteen hours to go I might just make it.
