Officer Commissioned: Catseye to Officer Cadet

Attention all No.401 pilots and staff:

Senior Aircraftman Catseye has been offered an officer's commission based on his performance to date and has accepted H.R.H's offer. Catseye will now be expected to perform officer's duties including leading sorties and taking care of his fellow pilots in battle. His new rank is Officer Cadet. Please be sure to give him the traditional new officer's greeting by clipping his wings off in flight.
