We'll, I can say congratulations are in order Skipper, well done!!

However, given the elevated status and Royal connections of this decoration, I'd say that beers and bangers at the Dog and Bull just will not do for such an occassion.

Scotch and cigars at the Green Dragon are in order Sir.
