XPadder 5.3 or less is free to download and works just fine. At less than 500KB I can Email it if anyone likes.

I used the Hatswitch Down for my example but any button will work.

Just found this last night.

If you click the wrench in step 7 you can adjust the mouse speed.

I was using an analog input to do this but trying to use the real mouse was a pain.
